All units, competent departments, and county (city) and district recruitment offices must strictly follow the application conditions, carefully review and strictly control, and those who do not meet the conditions are strictly prohibited from applying.
2. Registration method
In 2008, the city’s adult college enrollment will continue to use remote online registration. Online registration is divided into two stages: filling in information online and confirming information on site.
1. Online information filling stage: Candidates log on to the provincial and municipal education examination bureau websites within the prescribed online information filling period to understand the province’s adult college enrollment policies and regulations, and inquire about the college’s enrollment plans and Regarding the situation, follow the prompts and requirements on the webpage, seek truth from facts, fill in personal information accurately, choose the on-site information confirmation point and confirmation time, and complete the online information filling.
2. 3. Persons from other provinces working in our city can register with their ID cards, temporary residence permits and employer certificates. Any adult colleges, institutions and individuals are not allowed to organize candidates from other provinces to take the adult college entrance examination in our city.
III. Registration time
1. Online information filling time: August 20th to 30th (8:30 to 22:30 daily)
2. On-site information confirmation time: September 1st to 7th. Overdue applications will not be processed.
IV. Registration method
1. Candidates’ online information filling process:

(3) Select the on-site information confirmation point and confirmation time.
(4) Check the filled-in information, submit the information if it is correct, correctly record the online registration number given by the system, and remember the password you set.
(5) Candidates can download or print the registration information as needed.
2. On-site information confirmation locations for candidates:
On-site information confirmation locations are located in each county (city) and district admissions office in our city. Other departments are not allowed to accept on-site information confirmation on candidates.
3. Candidates’ on-site information confirmation process and materials submission:
(1) Submit the online pre-registration number.
(2) Read the "Hebei Province Adult College Admissions Integrity Examination Book" and sign.
(3) Submit relevant documents, originals and copies of certificates for verification, and accept registration qualification review.
(a) Active-duty military personnel must hold the original and copy of their military ID card; other candidates must hold the original and copy of their resident ID card or temporary ID card. Those who do not have an ID card must have a certificate issued by the local public security household registration department (with a If a standard certificate cannot be issued, the certificate must contain a recent 2-inch bareheaded photo of the applicant, stamped with a seam seal, and indicate the ID number; candidates from other provinces should also provide a temporary residence permit and employer certificate.

6. Precautions for on-site information confirmation
1. Admissions staff must review candidates’ registration qualifications one by one. The main contents of the review: (1) Whether the candidate's ID card or identity certificate is consistent with the candidate himself; (2) Whether the certificate or certificate that cares for the candidate complies with the document regulations, whether the original certificate and the copy are consistent, and whether there are any alterations; ( 3) Candidates who apply for Hebei Normal University's primary school education major, whether the certificate they hold meets the document requirements; (4) whether candidates from other provinces have temporary residence permits and unit certificates; (5) whether candidates who are exempted from the examination hold a certificate issued by the Provincial Education Examination Authority; (6) Whether the candidate signs the "Integrity Examination Book".
2. After the candidate’s information is confirmed, the admissions staff will submit the candidate’s signed confirmation book stub, checklist, certificate of in-service primary school teacher, certificate or certificate of the person being cared for, and a copy of the ID card and other relevant materials. VII. Several specific issues
1. 2. Each county (city) and district admissions office must effectively manage computer data, do not relax any link, and must not enter manually. It is absolutely not allowed to open the database to change candidate information to ensure that the data is accurate and Safety.
After the registration is completed, the candidates’ information must pass a rationality check, and various data such as the number of applicants must be carefully checked. 6. When each county (city) and district admissions office issues admission tickets on October 8th and 9th, candidates will receive the admission ticket with the registration checklist and "Resident Identity Card". If there is no identity certificate, , admission tickets will not be issued.
Candidates are notified to enter the examination room with their "Admittance Ticket", "Resident Identity Card", and "Integrity Examination Book". Those with incomplete documents will not be allowed to enter the examination room to take the exam.
7. All work is carried out in accordance with the "Shijiazhuang City Adult College Enrollment Schedule for 2008".
