1994, five Tsinghua students took the lead in developing Chinese data processing system and laboratory information system (LIS) for laboratory instruments in Tsinghua campus. The following year, LabStar DOS, the first commercial LIS product in China, was launched.

1996 - 1997:

With the full cooperation of Hitachi Hi-Tech, Inspection Star became the standard configuration of Hitachi biochemical analyzer, and Hitachi became the first instrument manufacturer to realize cultural processing on inspection information.

1997 - 1998:

Launched the first LIS product based on windows platform in China, and put it into use in many hospitals; Cooperate with the Clinical Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health to develop a nationwide external quality evaluation system (EQA) and digital inspection network.

1998 -2000:

Vigorously promote the application of barcode technology in sample collection, verification and inspection, and widely use two-way communication technology in LIS. Understand the needs of laboratory informatization at home and abroad in time, and better combine laboratory medicine with computer.

2000 -200 1:

The company further expanded its scale and set up offices in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Hubei, Guangdong and Shandong. Develop and apply the electronic support system for after-sales service, and comprehensively strengthen the tracking and monitoring of the whole service process. Take the lead in opening 800 free service telephone numbers.

200 1 -2002:

Develop the intermediate products of HIS and LIS interface, and cooperate with ISOFT of Australia to realize the first LIS/HIS interface based on HL7 interface specification in China. Inspection Star can exchange information with more than 50 HIS systems.

2002 -2004:

On the basis of in-depth study of laboratory management standards such as GLP, GALP, ISO9000/ 14000, ISO 17025 and FDA ruling 21CFR part1digital signature standards, the 6.0 version of "Inspection Star" was released.

2004 -2006:

LabStar LIS, a comprehensive laboratory information platform based on Internet architecture, is launched, which fully supports ISO 15 189 and laboratory management standards. Invited by the National Medical and Health Information Technology Training and Certification Center, he formally undertook the application of medical inspection management system, one of the continuing education courses in hospitals.

2006 -2008:

Cooperate with inspection industry organizations to develop EQA/IQC system, laboratory registration system, laboratory certification and management system, etc. EQA/IQC system has been successfully put into use in Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, Tianjin and other provinces and cities.

2008 -20 10:

Establish a LIS network group covering regional inspection center laboratories and community service center laboratories, and realize centralized management of remote appointment inspection and inspection reports based on the online platform of inspection center. At present, it has been put into use in Zhangjiakou City, Yinzhou District of Ningbo City, Changning District of Shanghai City and Capital Medical University.
