[1] Use a separate dial. If a router is used, please temporarily disconnect the router test;
[2] Restart the modem and computer;
[3] Recreate the broadband dial-up connection and try dialing again. How to operate: Start > Programs > Accessories > Newsletter > New Connection Wizard.
