Zhao Zhiquan (1956-2014), male, Han nationality, was born in Fei County, Linyi, Shandong Province in 1956. He graduated from Qingdao Institute of Chemical Technology (now Qingdao University of Science and Technology) in 1982. During his lifetime, he was the chairman and general manager of Shandong Lunan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
