After negotiation between Party A and Party B, the contract is now signed as follows:
1. Job responsibilities that Party B should perform:
1. Love your job and abide by the "Teaching Profession" "Code of Ethics", abide by national laws and school rules and regulations, and unite other teachers to work together. Carry forward the Shaxiao spirit of "unity, hard work and innovation" and establish a good "teaching style".
2. Comprehensively implement the party’s education policy, actively promote quality education, work hard to study the curriculum reform theory, use the new concepts of the "Curriculum Standards" to guide teaching, improve teaching methods, cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability, and provide Laying the foundation for students’ lifelong development.
3. Actively participate in teaching and research activities and strive to improve the quality of teaching. All indicators of teaching performance in all subjects are above the town average; be able to correctly use the school’s existing teaching equipment to organize teaching; carefully summarize teaching experience , continue to write papers or participate in reviews, and submit more than one paper or experience article in each issue. In accordance with the requirements of the experimental primary school, we actively participate in educational scientific research and take the road of "reviving the school through scientific research".
4. Implement the national "Physical and Health Regulations"; implement a safety responsibility system to ensure the safety of students in school and the safety of property under their management.
5. Be able to perform the duties of a primary school teacher and meet the target management requirements for the "four rates" indicator. And earnestly perform part-time responsibilities.
2. Responsibilities that Party A shall perform:
1. Party A shall pay Party B the wages and subsidies that shall be enjoyed according to the funds allocated by the County Education Bureau.
2. Party A shall assess Party B’s performance of job responsibilities at the end of this school year (term). According to the assessment results and relevant regulations, Party B shall enjoy corresponding political, economic, and welfare benefits.
3. Party A shall strive to ensure the legal rights that Party B shall enjoy in accordance with the Education Law, Teachers Law and other legal provisions.
3. Liability for breach of contract:
1. If Party B violates the provisions of the contract and meets one of the conditions for dismissal during the employment period, Party A may dismiss Party B. Party B must be notified one month in advance of dismissal.
2. If Party A fails to perform the contract, Party B may file a complaint or resign. Party A must be notified one month in advance of resignation.
IV. Other matters:
1. If there are changes in leadership of the unit, this contract will continue to be valid. If the job position within the unit is indeed adjusted due to work needs, the responsibilities should be performed according to the new position.
2. This contract is valid for one year, from year month day to year month day. The contract will automatically expire upon expiration.
3. This contract is made in two copies, one copy each for Party A and Party B. This contract takes effect from the date of signature.
