Legal basis: rules of notarization procedure
Article 38 The signature, seal and date of a document shall be notarized, and the signature, seal and date shall be accurate and true; The notarization of photocopies and photocopies of documents shall be consistent with the original contents.
Article 39 The notarization of creditor's rights documents with enforcement effect shall meet the following conditions:

(three) the way, content and time limit of debt performance are clear;
(4) The creditor's rights document contains a promise that the debtor is willing to accept enforcement when the debtor fails to perform or improperly performs his obligations;
(5) Creditors and debtors are willing to accept notarization institutions to verify the performance of debts;
(six) other conditions stipulated by the notary law.
