How to overturn the wrong real estate license?
If the obligee or interested party thinks that the items recorded in the house registration book are wrong, they may submit the following materials and apply for correction of registration: (1) an application for registration; (2) the identity certificate of the applicant; (three) materials to prove that the housing register is indeed wrong. Where an interested party applies for correction registration, it shall also provide proof that the right holder agrees to correct it. If there is any mistake in the housing register, it shall be corrected; Need to correct the contents of the housing management authority certificate, it shall notify the obligee in writing to redeem the housing management authority certificate; If the housing register records correctly, it shall not be corrected, and the applicant shall be notified in writing. If the housing registration agency finds that the housing registration book is wrong and does not involve the ownership and content of housing rights, it shall notify the relevant right holders in writing to handle the correction registration within the prescribed time limit; If the party concerned fails to make corrections within the time limit without justifiable reasons, the housing registration authority may correct the records in the housing registration book according to the application materials or valid legal documents, and notify the party concerned in writing.
