1. Pure empirical output type

Such people will soon encounter bottlenecks in their career development. Everything they do is based on their previous experience and lacks innovation. Therefore, you will find that after 7-8 years, these workers are still grass-roots employees with a monthly salary of several thousand yuan, and of course they have also achieved middle and high levels, but they have spent several years or even more than others.

People with pure experience can also solve many things in the workplace, just like when we were in high school mathematics. When you do almost all the math problems, every math problem you see can be answered according to past experience, and eventually you can get high marks, but you have to work hard for a long time to reach this level.

2. Main types of thinking output

Let's take high school mathematics as an example. People who are purely experienced have done almost everything, so they can get high marks in the exam. However, some smart students don't do many questions, even they will encounter unfamiliar questions in every exam, but with certain thinking and methods, they can solve them soon. Such students can get high marks in a short time.

Working is like learning math. The way of thinking will make you struggle less for many years, and you can become better than others at the same time.

In fact, the second person is related to the third person, but the third person will inevitably go through the second stage. The second type of people are mostly newcomers to the workplace, that is, people who stand out after working for a few years. These people have not accumulated enough experience because of their short working years, but their way of thinking is enough to support them to solve many things.

3. Thinking+experience output type

This kind of people are generally senior people in a certain field, and they basically grow up from the second kind of people. They have great thinking and rich work experience, and can constantly internalize their work experience into methodology, sum up many laws and methods, and then use them to guide practice.

In fact, the above three types of people are fundamentally because of their different ways of thinking, so let's talk about the way of thinking.

Second, from the limited work experience.

When I just graduated, I chose an unknown consulting company from many offer and participated in the formation of a branch of this company. Strictly speaking, I am the second employee of the branch. Unfortunately, the first employee was not the general manager of the branch, and he started working in a residential building. The branch has not been registered yet. Fortunately, this branch has recruited a promising young leader, the general manager of the branch. Because the branch is starting from scratch, almost everything will be involved. Although this work experience is only one year, it has gained a lot.

Later, I made a cross-bank transformation and entered the current company. I worked with many excellent leaders and learned a lot from them. In these two work experiences, I realized three things:

1. It is very important to follow the right person.

There is a saying that "who you are with determines what kind of person you will become", which makes sense.

The general manager of the branch of the first company was not yet 30 years old, but I envy his way of thinking and demeanor, so I want to be such a person. I keep learning his way of thinking, communicate with him regularly and learn a lot from him.

What impressed me most was that he taught me the way he thought about any problem. This way of thinking vividly uses physics, chemistry and biology as metaphors, that is, we can think about everything from these three angles:

What is the significance of cow's character and spirit to our life and work? For example, you should be diligent and practical in your work and have dedication in your life.

For example, if we make a user portrait of a product, we can also consider it from three angles: physics, chemistry and biology.

First of all, physics is the dominant feature of our target users, such as age, gender and geographical distribution.

Secondly, it is chemical, that is, the hidden characteristics of our target users, their potential needs and behavioral preferences.

The third is the biological perspective, that is, the operation strategy based on the explicit and implicit characteristics of the target users.

So, through this way of thinking, we find that it is actually very simple to make a user portrait, and we only need to cut in from three aspects, namely, explicit characteristics, implicit characteristics and the formulation of operational strategies based on explicit and implicit characteristics. Is it much clearer to make a portrait of a user?

In addition, I also learned another thinking methodology when doing analysis from this leader. For example, when analyzing a bunch of enterprises, I can quickly sort out these enterprises from four angles: category, type, content and structure (the specific method is not detailed here because of the length of the article, which is actually the same as the golden pyramid principle. 2. Learning and thinking are very important

After online education products (vocational education direction) have been in operation for a period of time, you will find that users are divided into two types: those with strong learning ability and those with weak learning ability.
