Method 1: Add handwritten word signature.

1. As shown in the figure, write your signature on a piece of white paper and save it on the computer.

2. Open the word document, click the picture inserted in the menu bar, select the saved signature, and then click Insert.

3. As shown in the figure, after insertion, select the picture, right mouse button, select word wrap, or select wrap in embedded mode, and you can put it anywhere in the document.

Method 2: Add a signature line.

1. Open the word document and click the signature line option in the menu bar insert.

2. As shown in the figure, fill in the signer, title and email address, or add a description below. If you don't need a date, you can cancel the check mark before the signature date in the signature line and click OK.
