First, the scope of appraisal

(1) Social personnel (including on-the-job and unemployed) with household registration in Lan County;

(2) other county and city household registration personnel who hold the residence permit of Lanxian County and are within the validity period;

(3) Full-time graduates, master students and pre-school teachers' full-time graduates from full-time colleges and universities in Shanxi Province (blue nationality);

(four) hold a residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents within five years of validity or a permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents to travel to and from the mainland or a resident of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.

Second, online registration

Four. On-site confirmation and material review

1. Identification

(1) Provide the original ID card and the original proof of my household registration book or collective household registration;

2. Proof of academic qualifications

3. Putonghua Grade Certificate

4. Physical examination certificate

The applicant logs into China Teachers Information (http://www.jszg.edu.c) and downloads the Physical Examination Form for Kindergarten Teachers in Shanxi Province (this form is used to apply for kindergarten teachers) or the Physical Examination Form for Kindergarten Teachers in Shanxi Province. Applicants who apply for kindergarten, junior high school and primary school teacher qualifications have a physical examination at Lanxian People's Hospital; Applicants who apply for the qualification of teachers in senior high schools or secondary vocational schools have physical examinations in Lvliang People's Hospital, Fenyang City Hospital and Lanxian County People's Hospital, and submit the original medical certificate (printed on both sides, which will be effective at that time).

5. Proof of no criminal record

Log in to the official account of "Shanxi Public Security" WeChat, and download and print it in the "People's Livelihood Police" column.
