Due to rampant piracy in China, academic diplomas are no exception.

However, domestic enterprises and companies lack the basis for judging the authenticity of university diplomas in various countries.

Therefore, in order to prevent foreign students from forging their diplomas, it is best for foreign students returning to work to have their academic qualifications notarized. Step 1: Take your degree certificate, that is, the diploma you got at the graduation ceremony+an academic report card, and go to the student center of the school to ask the staff whether you want to certify or prove your degree.

Note: Because in every school, the people who can notarize your academic qualifications and grades are a few designated people.

These four people have the authority to verify your diploma and report card.

Students in other schools don't have to panic, because when you go to the student center, explain your purpose and they will find an authorized person to handle it for you (both the degree and the transcript need to be signed).

Each school has different certification methods, but it will be signed by the authorized person. Some schools will have seals, while others will only sign. At school, you can usually get the second step on the spot: the next step is to go to the Australian Foreign Affairs Office with the degree and transcript signed by the authorized person of the school (because I am in syd). The Australian Foreign Affairs Office in Sydney is located at the Immigration Bureau on the 7th floor of Gateway House, 26 Leigh Street (I believe everyone has been there).
