First of all, the applicant should apply for "Sukang Code" 0/4 days before the exam, and update his health statement every day until the exam day. Applicants should do a good job in personal protection and health management according to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control. During the preparation, don't go to high-risk areas or countries (territories) in China, try not to participate in gathering activities, and don't go to crowded places. Pay attention to keep a social distance when traveling, wear a mask when taking public transport, and do a good job in hand hygiene protection. If you have fever, dry cough and other acute respiratory symptoms, you should seek medical advice in time to avoid affecting the normal examination.
2. When entering the venue on the day of the exam, the applicants should prepare the original ID card and admission ticket within the validity period in advance, and show the "Su Kang code". "Su Kang code" is a green code. Candidates with a body temperature below 37.3℃ and no suspicious symptoms such as dry cough can take the exam. Applicants should obey the epidemic prevention management at the examination site, bring their own disposable medical masks or N95 masks without breathing valves, and wear them all the time except for the necessary links such as identity verification and personal protection. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control management, applicants cannot enter the test center in advance to get familiar with the situation. Candidates should know the entrance location and route of the test center in advance, arrive at the test center in advance on the day of the test, consciously cooperate with the completion of the test process, and verify the admission from the designated channel. Applicants who have recently lived in overseas or domestic high-risk areas, and have completed the centralized isolation period of 14 days and the follow-up observation period at home (according to the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, the same below) since entering or leaving the high-risk areas, must use their "Su Kang code" as the green code on the day of the examination, measure their body temperature below 37.3℃ on the spot, and have no suspicious symptoms such as dry cough.
3. Candidates who have symptoms such as fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃) and dry cough due to non-COVID-19's diseases such as colds, and whose symptoms have not disappeared on the day of the test, shall provide negative proof of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test, and obey the arrangement to take the test in the temporary isolation examination room.
Three, one of the following circumstances, should take the initiative to report and cooperate with the corresponding epidemic prevention and control arrangements, shall not take the exam:
1. I can't show my "Su Kang code" green code on the spot;
2. Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts who are still receiving isolation treatment in COVID-19;
3. The applicant who has recently lived in a high-risk area outside the country (territory) or has had an epidemic in China has not completed the centralized isolation period of 14 days and the follow-up home observation period since the date of entering and leaving the high-risk area; Or although the centralized isolation period and the home observation period have passed, it is impossible to provide all the certificates that the COVID-19 nucleic acid test is negative twice on the third day after the expiration of the centralized isolation period and the home observation period;
4. On the day of the exam, my "Su Kang code" was a green code, and my body temperature was ≥37.3℃ on the spot, so I couldn't provide the negative proof of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam.
4. During the examination, if the applicants have suspicious symptoms such as fever or dry cough, they should take the initiative to report to the examination staff, cooperate with the medical staff to re-measure the temperature and investigate the epidemiological history, and cooperate with the transfer to the isolation examination room to take the examination. After the examination, you should obey the arrangement to go to the fever clinic for physical examination.
Candidates who need to re-measure their body temperature, investigate their epidemiological history or need to be transferred to an isolated examination room due to abnormal conditions such as fever will not be compensated.
Five, applicants in the registration website to print the admission ticket, should carefully read the relevant provisions of the exam, epidemic prevention requirements, print the admission ticket as agreed and signed the "2023 Jiangsu Province professional and technical personnel qualification examination COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control commitment" (see annex).
