Time: after submitting the information, get the certificate in about 2 weeks;
Remarks: If there is no official seal, the person in charge needs to be present to press the handprint;
The materials to be handled are: the original and photocopy of the food business license;
If it involves network operation (takeaway, hungry, etc.). ) and need to see the site, you need to provide additional site plan.
2, more than 50 square meters of catering (including 50 square meters)
Time: Within 10 working days after the materials are submitted, the industrial and commercial bureau will arrange people to go down for a field trip, submit the second materials after passing the inspection, and then get the certificate within 10 working days.
The required information is:
