1, Microsoft Office signature line
Open a Word document, place the insertion point where you want to add a signature in the document, and then click the Insert-Text-Signature Line -“Microsoft Office Signature Line option.
2. Signature settings
After opening the Signature Settings dialog box, enter the name, job title, email address and description of the proposed signer in the corresponding text boxes (optional).
If you don't need to show the date of signature, uncheck "Show the date of signature in the signature line", and then click "OK".
After confirmation, the signature line is automatically inserted into the document, and the effect is shown in the following figure.
Secondly, add a handwritten signature to the Word document.
1, scan signature
We first sign a piece of white paper, then scan it with a scanner and save the signature in an electronic image format, such as. bmp,。 gif,。 Jpg or. png。
2. Import the signature
Select the created signature line, click the right mouse button, and select the signature command in the pop-up shortcut menu.
Open the signature dialog box. To add a printed version of your signature, enter your name in the box next to the "X"; If you want to add a handwritten signature, click the Select Image button, then select the desired signature image and click the Select button.
After completing the above operations, click the "Signature" button, and we can see the signature effect in the document, as shown in the following figure.
