Where is the personal signature file of Out Look Web Access set?
1. Open outlook and click the New Email button under the Start tab of the ribbon:

2. We have created a new e-mail, and then click the Signature button under the E-mail tab, and then select Signature:

3. Open the Signature and Stationery dialog box and click the New button:

4. In the New Signature dialog box that opens, enter the name of the signature file:

5. Click "OK" to create the signature file, and then enter the signature content in the "Edit Signature" editing area below:

6. Here, you can change the text color, insert links and insert pictures.

To ensure that the signature content can be automatically loaded when you create or reply to a new email, you should select this new signature for both "New Email" and "Reply/Forward":

7. After editing, click "OK" to save the signature;
