The competent court for disputes over travel service contracts shall be the people's court at the place where the defendant is domiciled or where the contract was signed. According to regulations, lawsuits filed due to contract disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the People's Court of the place where the defendant is domiciled or the place where the contract is performed. Contract disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of the People's Court of the place where the contract is performed. The court's case filing process:
1. The plaintiff should submit a complaint and relevant evidence materials to the court, and submit copies of the complaint and evidence according to the number of defendants; at the same time, fill in two copies of the complaint list. Submit it to the court and keep a copy for the plaintiff;
2. After the court accepts the complaint submitted by the party, it shall sign the list of complaints. After review, if it meets the conditions for filing the case, it will file the case immediately and serve the case acceptance notice to the party at the same time. Letter, confirmation of service of legal documents of the parties, litigation instructions, mediation instructions and notice of payment of litigation fees;
3. If the court decides to file the case after review, it will be scheduled immediately. The schedule includes determining the court date, time, court and presiding judge, and serving the court summons to the parties;
4. The parties can go to each court within seven days after receiving the notice of payment of litigation fees issued by the court. Pay the fee at the toll point;
5. The payment method can be chosen by yourself;
6. The party concerned shall immediately submit the payment to the court with the "Special Voucher for Prepayment of Litigation Fees" (acceptance receipt) issued by the Agricultural Bank of China. Exchange the "Special Invoice for Litigation Fees".

The complaint should specify the following matters :
