Registration of the applicant. When an applicant applies for full-process online commercial registration for the first time, he/she shall register the user on the portal of the commercial registration authority through the Internet, fill in the true and accurate basic identity information of the applicant, and then confirm his/her identity with a digital certificate. The whole process online registration system will automatically connect with the digital certificate issuing authority to verify the authenticity of their personal identity and complete the user identity confirmation.

2. Applicants apply online. After completing the user registration, the applicant selects the business type to be handled and fills in the corresponding electronic materials such as application form, articles of association, shareholders' resolution, appointment and dismissal documents, etc. After that, the applicant and relevant signers use the digital certificate to electronically sign the electronic application materials. The applicant and relevant signatories can complete the above operations remotely or in different places.

3. Acceptance, review and decision. After receiving the application submitted by the applicant, the commercial registration authority shall accept it if the materials are complete, and make a decision on whether to approve the registration within the prescribed time limit.

4. Obtain an electronic business license or electronic registration notice. After the commercial registration authority has completed the approval and registration, it will notify the applicant by online or SMS. Applicants can download a copy of the electronic business license or electronic registration announcement from the whole network registration system, or apply for a paper business license or paper registration announcement from the commercial registration authority for free.

5. Store electronic files. After all the work is completed, the commercial registration authority will keep the electronic files of commercial registration in accordance with the provisions of the file management system, and the electronic files have the same legal effect as the paper files. Legal basis: A company established according to law in Article 7 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters. Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
