1. Pay purchase tax, new car insurance, and criminal investigation testing.

2. Go to the inspection station to apply for a certificate, pass the non-inspection-free vehicle for inspection, pay the fee, fill in the form, take photos of the number extension, collect data, and receive the license plate information.

3. Go to the vehicle management license office to submit the information and the owner’s signature. The police will inspect and confirm the vehicle, select the number, receive a receipt, and take photos of the license plate seal and installation.

4. Obtain driving license and registration certificate.
