2. Tian Yingzhang, born in Tianjin, 1950, is a graduate student of calligraphy and a cadre of the Ministry of Personnel. Graduated from Capital Normal University and Tokyo University of the Arts. calligrapher

3. Lu Zhongnan, male, born in February 1950, originally from Jiyuan, Henan. A famous calligrapher in China enjoys a special allowance from the State Council. At present, he is a director and member of China Calligraphers Association, deputy director of Hard Pen Calligraphy Committee of China Calligraphers Association, member of regular script Committee, member of 10th and 11th CPPCC, director of design department and research librarian of China People's Revolutionary Military Museum, research librarian of China People's Revolutionary Military Museum, member of Chinese Museum Society and consultant of China famous painting and calligraphy institute.
