1. After the house purchase contract is signed, the developer shall not unilaterally change the contract.
Article 8 of the Contract Law stipulates that a legally established contract is legally binding on the parties. The parties shall perform their obligations as agreed, and shall not alter or terminate the contract without authorization.
Contracts established according to law are protected by law.
If the developer wants to change the contract, it needs to negotiate with the buyer.
Article 77 of the Contract Law stipulates that the parties may modify the contract through consultation.
