3. The school can provide free experimental training venues and equipment for students' practical innovation training, and support students to complete training projects.

4. The school has a special person who is responsible for organizing and coordinating college students' practical and innovative training activities, matching funds in place, and improving supporting policies, which can create a good environment for students to implement training projects.

5. Give priority to the projects declared by the innovative teams across schools, departments, majors and grades.

VII. Organization and management

2.
