1, quality requirements for archiving.

2. The archived engineering documents shall be original.

3. The content and depth of the engineering documents must conform to the technical specifications, standards and procedures of the relevant national engineering survey, design, construction and supervision.

4, the content of the engineering documents must be true and accurate, consistent with the engineering practice.

5. The engineering documents shall be written in durable materials, such as carbon ink and blue-black ink, and shall not be written in faded materials, such as red ink, pure blue ink, ballpoint pen, carbon paper and pencil.

6, engineering documents should be legible, clear pattern, neat chart, signature and seal procedures are complete.

7. All as-built drawings shall be stamped with the as-built stamp.

As-built drawings are drawings drawn by the construction unit according to the actual construction situation when completed.

Because it is inevitable to make modifications in the construction process, in order to let customers (construction units or users) clearly understand the actual direction of pipelines and the actual installation of other equipment in civil engineering, housing construction, electrical installation and water supply and drainage projects, the state stipulates that construction units must submit as-built drawings after the project is completed.
