According to the development of the national biological league in recent years, on the basis of soliciting opinions from provincial chapters, the National Middle School Students' Biological Competition Committee decided to make appropriate adjustments to some terms of the league work from 20 10. The specific requirements of the 20 10 National Biology League for Middle School Students are hereby notified as follows:

First, the registration method starts from 20 10, and the provinces that hold the preliminary contest in advance and the number of participants exceeds 2000 shall register according to the actual number of participants in the National Biological League. The actual number of participants in the National Biology League is not less than 500, and they are concentrated in one local examination; No preliminary contest is organized, or the number of people in the preliminary contest is less than 2000. The number of winners in that year is calculated according to the proportion of previous awards (see the reward method for details). According to the articles of association, students in Grade One and Grade Two are allowed to participate in the competition, while students in Grade Three are forbidden to participate. Please fill in the registration form of the 20 10 National Biology League for Middle School Students, and send the printed registration form to the National Competition Committee before March 3 1 (subject to the time of receipt, the same below).

Two. Examination time: The examination time for the league is 9: 00 am-11:00 on Sunday, May 9, 2065438. The examination time shall not be changed by the provinces themselves, otherwise it will be regarded as automatic waiver.

Third, the scope of the examination is based on senior high school biology and has been expanded. The extended part can refer to the content of general biology in colleges and universities. The test questions are more difficult than the college entrance examination and lower than the national competition.

From 20 10, the National Biology League cancelled the experimental examination organized by provincial branches and designed a certain proportion of experimental pens instead of answering theoretical questions. The question * * * is divided into four parts, accounting for roughly:

2. Anatomy, physiology, structure and function of animal and plant tissues and organs 30%

3. Animal behavior and ecology 20%

Fourth, the form of the test paper starts from 20 10, and the league test paper only takes the form of indefinite multiple-choice questions. The test questions are classified by subjects, and single-choice questions and multiple-choice questions are mixed. Each small question is only marked with a score, and whether it is a single-choice question or a multiple-choice question is not marked (but most questions can be judged from the stem). Only when the answer is completely correct can you score.

1. Test sites In order to strengthen the confidentiality of the national biology league for middle school students, it is suggested that provincial branches set up test sites as centralized as possible according to local conditions. Where the preliminary contest is held in the province, candidates should be arranged to take the league exam in one place.

The test paper and the machine-readable card used in the test paper are uniformly printed by the National Competition Committee, and the provinces are not allowed to copy them. Test papers and machine-readable cards are still packaged in the form of 30 small packages and 8 large packages. Each test center should prepare an appropriate amount of mobile test papers.

Examination papers and machine-readable cards should be sent to the provincial disciplinary competition management committees in the form of confidential communication two weeks before the written test. Before the examination, each provincial branch should send at least two responsible persons or staff members to the Competition Management Committee for verification, go through the formalities of obtaining the examination papers, and then transfer them to each test center for later use. Provinces that have not established a provincial disciplinary competition management committee shall be kept in a reliable place by provincial branches, but relevant confidentiality provisions need to be formulated.

3. The examination rooms in all provinces are set according to the requirements of the college entrance examination, and each examination room has the main invigilator 1 name and the deputy invigilator 1 name.

4. Three or more persons in charge of each test center unpack the big test paper bags 20 minutes before the test, and the main invigilator of each test center receives the test paper bags 10 minutes before the test; 5 minutes before the exam, the invigilator in the examination room will open it on the spot; After the examination, the principal and deputy invigilators will stamp and sign the machine-readable card on the spot and send it to the test center; More than 2 people in charge of the test center will be concentrated in the provincial branches for unified marking. The standard answer to the written test will be sent by email on the day of the test.

Intransitive verb award method Where the preliminary contest has been held in advance and the number of participants exceeds 2,000, the first, second and third prize places in the league will be implemented according to the upper limit of this province. In the provinces that have not held the preliminary contest or the number of people in the preliminary contest is less than 2,000, the proportion of winning prizes respectively accounts for 1%, 5% and 10% of the total number of candidates in the province. Among them, the first prize places are basic places plus bonus places, with 20 basic places, and the bonus places will be announced later. The second and third prizes are the most100,200. After the examination, the provincial branches should complete the marking work as soon as possible, and the marking work should be concentrated. At least 2 people from the provincial discipline competition management committee and each provincial branch were present. After the examination of machine-readable scores, the T score will be calculated in four parts (the calculation method will be stipulated in the precautions of the league), ranking, and the T value will be taken as four decimal places. The marking site arranges the machine-readable card packages of the top 50 candidates, and is signed and sealed by the person in charge of the provincial branch.

Each provincial branch needs to write a report on the work of the provincial preliminaries and leagues, including: the scale and holding of the preliminaries; Examination room setting, examination paper keeping and marking of league matches. The report shall be signed and sealed by the person in charge of the provincial branch.

7. After marking the submitted materials at the provincial sub-venue, all candidates' information, all original scores of test papers, all T-values and the total score of T-values will be sent to the National Middle School Students' Biological Competition Committee, and the top 50 candidates' machine-readable cards and the work report of the provincial sub-venue will be sent to the National Competition Committee. The National Competition Committee examines the report through a card reader, and then announces the first prize winner to the whole province. The winners of the second and third prizes are determined by the provincial branches according to the scores after each T value and the number of people specified in the reward measures.

Eight. X. National Competition The 19th National Biology Competition for Middle School Students will be held in the middle of August 20 10 in Wuhan No.2 Middle School, Hubei Province. The national competition is still in the form of theoretical examination and experimental examination.
