Article 169 Where an agent needs to entrust a third person to act as an agent, it shall obtain the consent or ratification of the principal. If the entrusted agent is approved or ratified by the principal, the principal may directly instruct the entrusted third party on the agency affairs, and the agent is only responsible for the choice and instruction of the third party.

If the entrusted agent is not approved or ratified by the principal, the agent shall be responsible for the behavior of the entrusted third party; However, in an emergency, in order to safeguard the interests of the principal, the agent needs to entrust a third party.

Other terms about signing the contract.

The contract for the establishment, alteration, transfer and extinction of the real right of immovable property concluded between the parties in Article 215 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall come into effect upon the establishment of the contract, except as otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties; Failure to register the real right shall not affect the validity of the contract.

Article 709 The lessee shall use the lease item in accordance with the agreed method. If the method of using the lease item is not prescribed or clearly prescribed, and cannot be determined according to the provisions of Article 510 of this Law, it shall be used according to the nature of the lease item.
