2. Both parties need to go to the notary office together and provide:

(1) Identity documents of both parties;

(2) Power of attorney, which shall specify the term, content and authority of entrustment;

(3) the client's autograph and date.

3. After examination, the notary office will issue a notarial certificate within 15 days.
