Click on the menu bar, image >; Adjust > color scale (shortcut key Ctrl+L).
Click the menu bar and select > color range. Find the color range and click the mouse to make the text part appear white within the color range. You can adjust the value of the color tolerance to adjust the accuracy of the selection area. Click OK to display the text selection area.
Right-click the text layer and choose Convert to Smart Object.
Right-click the text layer again and select Edit Content or double-click the thumbnail of the text layer directly. A prompt will pop up and click OK to enter the text editing window.
Click on the menu bar, image >; Adjust > threshold.

Open AI and create an A4-sized sketchpad.
Ctrl+Shift+P places the previously saved PNG picture or directly drags it in.
Use the text tool (shortcut key T) to type a few words in the sketchpad, and then hold down Shift to resize the placed picture to a proportion equal to the size of the typed words.
