2. The format and content of the proposal should be complete and unified. Specifically, there are the following elements:
Cause of action: the title of the proposal, the cause of action should be consistent with the content of the proposal, and what problems the proposal requires to solve should be explained in concise words. (e.g. "Suggestions on xxxxxxx")
Sponsor: Sponsor refers to the member or unit that put forward the proposal. In the relevant columns of the proposal paper, the name of the member or unit that put forward the proposal (the full name of the unit is written and stamped with the official seal), mailing address, postal code, contact telephone number, etc. should be filled in respectively. Members jointly put forward a proposal, the sponsor shall be the first sponsor, and the signature shall be ranked first. Fill in the above columns, mainly to facilitate the organizer to get in touch with the sponsor in time during the handling process.
proposal content: the proposal content generally includes two aspects:
first, the problems to be solved and the reasons. That is to say, the problem that is required to be solved according to the cause of action and the reason, reason or basis for the request to be solved are expounded. It is necessary to put facts and reason, be factual and analytical, be practical and realistic, be concise and to the point, and avoid being general and vague.
second, put forward suggestions and methods to solve the problem. That is to say, it is necessary to put forward specific solutions and measures for the problems to be solved.
member's intention: according to the content of the proposal, the member can put forward the proposal of the sponsor and organizer.
In addition to the above, there are two items to be filled in by the proposal committee:
Review opinions: the proposal is reviewed by the proposal committee to determine whether to file a case;
handling unit: the proposal Committee determines the organizer and the organizer according to the content of the proposal and referring to the proposal of the sponsor.
