How to write the confirmation format
Legal analysis: Confirmation is also a kind of contract, which is called simple contract, while a general contract contains the rights, obligations, responsibilities and detailed contents of both parties. It is to guard against risks and agree on ways to solve disputes. Confirmation is simpler than formal contract. It is a written certificate issued to both parties for confirmation after the buyer and seller reach a deal through transaction negotiation. The confirmation signed by the buyer and the seller is a legally binding document, which is equally binding on both parties. Take expense confirmation as an example:

If you don't reply or return it to our company within one day, our company will handle it according to the debit note, and it will be deemed that your company has confirmed the fee.
