Only under the following circumstances will it be recorded in the civil service integrity file:

1. Candidates whose relevant materials and information are untrue, whose certificates (certificates) are incomplete, who fail to complete the qualification examination on time, will be disqualified from the interview and will not be listed as interviewees. The recruiting unit will fill in the qualification examination object from high score to low score among the qualified candidates in the written test. Those who pass the qualification examination will be given an interview notice by the recruiting unit.

Candidates who pass the qualification examination must sign the letter of commitment, and those who don't sign it will be regarded as giving up the interview qualification automatically.
