Open IE browser. There is a menu bar on the top of IE browser. Click Tools on the menu bar and select Internet option to enter. If there is no menu bar on the browser, just click the right mouse button and select the menu bar in the blank space below the browser address.

After entering the Internet option, select the security option, and select the trusted site in the interface. Then you can select the "Site" button below, and just click Enter.

Click to enter, add your trusted websites/outlets in the interface that appears, such as Baidu and hao123, and then close it.

After that, you will return to the safe interface, find the custom level near the bottom of the interface, and click Enter.

Then find ActionX in the page, start all the options related to ActionX, and then click OK.
