Director's Signature Guide (Boutique)

The signature process of the supervisor is actually the process of auditing the records and reports of the contractor. Through the signature of the supervisor, it is ultimately necessary to ensure that all records and reports truly record the construction process (or test and detection process), and the obtained data are true and reliable, which can be used as the basis for evaluating the construction quality. So how should the supervisor sign it?

Signing meaning

The signature of supervisors is rich in content and of great significance. If supervisors want to sign well, they must first make clear their personal responsibilities and work contents, fully grasp the main points and keys of the work, put forward opinions, suggestions or decisions appropriately, and make a comprehensive, objective, accurate and appropriate evaluation of the records produced in the process of engineering construction, so that all construction parties and superior departments can fully understand the situation of the construction project through the records signed and approved by supervisors, and make a realistic evaluation of the construction project. So the signature of the supervisor is very important.

The signature of the supervisor is related to his personal responsibility and work content, and also to the specific record requirements. In order to guide the invigilators to sign correctly, this guide is specially prepared.

Signature guide

1, validation class

Low subdivisional work construction approval form (supervision to verify the situation)

The supervisor is required to verify the labor force, mechanical equipment, materials, water and electricity supply and site preparation that have entered the site, so as to prove that the contractor has the actual conditions for the commencement of sub-projects at the site. For the verification of this situation, the supervisor should go to the site to verify item by item according to the information provided by the contractor's application for commencement of sub-projects and sign opinions on the basis of verification.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: the labor, mechanical equipment, materials, water and electricity supply and site preparation listed in the appendix of the contractor's application for commencement of sub-projects have been checked on site, and the verification results confirm that XX submitted in the commencement report is completely consistent with the actual situation (or completely inconsistent, or explain the consistency and inconsistency).

● Verify the basic information of the contractor's claim.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use such a signature: the records provided by XX record form have been verified on site, and the results are consistent (or inconsistent) with XX record form.

2. Prove the situation class

● Prove the construction lofting.

The supervisor shall confirm the records provided by the construction lofting inspection sheet for the judgment of the professional supervision engineer of surveying. The function of this work is mainly to prove whether the contractor has completed the relevant construction lofting work, whether the methods adopted and the data obtained are true, whether there is fabrication, etc.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: the contractor has indeed completed the construction lofting work of XX project, and the construction lofting method adopted and the lofting data obtained are true and effective.

● Prove the inspection conditions of subdivisional work.

The contractor shall carry out systematic self-inspection of the sub-projects according to the requirements of the specification, and submit an application for inspection to the supervision engineer on the basis of passing the self-inspection. Therefore, the supervisor should first prove whether the contractor has indeed completed the self-inspection of the sub-project and obtained the relevant test results for the professional supervision engineer to decide.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: the contractor has indeed completed the self-inspection of the XX sub-project and all the self-inspection records obtained are true and effective.

● Proof of intermediate process inspection records.

The supervisor shall prove whether the contractor has completed the intermediate inspection according to the inspection methods and requirements specified in the specification, and truly recorded the inspection results.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: the contractor has indeed completed all the inspection work of XX process, and the inspection method adopted is consistent with the method specified in the specification, and the inspection result is true and effective.

● Implementation certificate required by the work instruction.

When the supervision engineer issues work instructions to the contractor to improve the unqualified materials, processes, processes and equipment found on site, the contractor shall implement them one by one according to the work instructions. The supervisor has the obligation to prove whether the contractor has completed the relevant work according to the requirements of the work instruction and kept the corresponding records.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: the contractor has completed the on-site treatment and/or supplementary improvement of XX work required in XX work instructions within XX time, and the submitted records are true.

● Prove the authenticity of test records.

When the supervisor participates in the test process of the contractor, he shall prove whether the whole test process of the contractor is true and whether the test records obtained are true and reliable.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use such a signature: the contractor has indeed completed the XX test work and the obtained data is true and reliable.

If there is not much room for signature, the personal signature of the supervisor also proves that the contractor has indeed completed the XX test and the obtained data is true and reliable. The supervisor is responsible for the result of signature confirmation.

3. Review the signature

Review the construction organization design or scheme.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: regarding the construction organization design (or construction scheme) of XX, the examination results show that this construction organization design (or construction scheme) is feasible (or not feasible), which can (or not) be used as the basis for guiding the construction, and agree (or disagree) to organize the construction according to this construction organization design (construction scheme). If you disagree, you should also put forward specific requirements and explain the reasons for your disagreement.

● Review the construction lofting results.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: the contractor's construction lofting records about XX project, all lofting records are calculated correctly (or incorrectly), the accuracy meets (or does not meet) the provisions of XX clause in XX specification, and the construction lofting results can meet the requirements of the specification, so he agrees (or disagrees) to lofting accordingly.

● Review the commencement report

It is recommended that the supervision engineer use this signature: review all the attached materials and records of the commencement report of this sub-project, and suggest to agree (or disagree) with the commencement of this sub-project according to the relevant records signed by the supervision engineer and testing engineer and the survey engineer.

● Review the test report.

If it is a standard test report, such as concrete mixture ratio report, it is recommended to use such a signature: agree (or disagree) to use the mixture ratio provided by this concrete mixture ratio report at the XX project site, and adjust the construction mixture ratio according to the actual situation in actual construction.

If it is an ordinary concrete (or mortar) strength test report, it is recommended to use such a signature: the test results meet (or do not meet) the design requirements.

If it is the test result of post-tensioned prestressed concrete, it is suggested to use such a signature: the X-day compressive strength of concrete meets the strength requirements proposed by the specification (or design) and has the conditions for post-tensioned construction.

If it is a report of sampling inspection of raw materials, it is recommended to use such a signature: the inspection results meet (or do not meet) the requirements of design (or construction specifications, and agree (or disagree) to use this batch of materials in XX project.

● Review process inspection records.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: the data obtained from the site inspection of this process can meet (or not meet) the requirements of design (or XX specification), and the construction of the next process can be carried out.

● Review the inspection application form.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: after examination, all the working procedures of the sub-project have been implemented, and the contractor has completed and passed the self-inspection and agreed to inspect and evaluate the sub-project.

● Review the evaluation form of subdivisional work.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use this signature: deduct XX items and XX points, and finally score XX points, which is a qualified (or unqualified) project.

● Review the intermediate handover certificate.

It is suggested that the supervision engineer use such signatures: the requirements of supervision procedures have been seriously implemented (or failed to be implemented) in the implementation of sub-projects, all the application materials are complete (or incomplete), the process inspection records are complete (or incomplete), the process inspection results all meet (or fail to meet) the requirements of design (or specifications/standards), the quality inspection and evaluation results of sub-projects are qualified (or unqualified), and it is recommended to issue (or not issue) intermediate delivery.

Step 4 approve the signature

● Approval of construction organization design (or construction scheme)
