The author tells us that in the post-industrial society and information age, if the "relationship" of human beings is not handled well, then the earth owned by human beings will never be peaceful. Enterprises will eventually return to "relationship management". No matter how big the market environment changes and how many new concepts there are in enterprise management and marketing, it is necessary to do a good job in relationship management, especially interpersonal relationship management. As an intangible asset, how to manage the relationship needs to grasp the opportunity and master the skills. Therefore, the author innovatively puts forward six C models, namely, * * sharing interests or interests, communication and exchange, credibility and trustworthiness, commitment and persistence, cooperation and collaboration, compromise and concession, and analyzes these six C models at the basic levels of relationship emotion management, power management, conflict management and change management.

In the book, the author also lists a large number of Chinese and foreign examples, and analyzes the focus of gains and losses in the relationship between organizations and individuals from the perspective of relationship management. People trapped by "relationships" can take this book as a mirror.
