3. "Putonghua certificate information". Applicants can add and modify personal Putonghua information in this column.
(1) Under the type of "Verify Certificate", enter the certificate number and other information, and click the "Verify" button, and the system will verify the Putonghua certificate information in the National Putonghua Proficiency Test Information Management System.
(2) If the information of Putonghua certificate cannot be verified, please check whether the currently verified information is consistent with the "name, ID number and certificate number" in the certificate information.

(5) If your education is from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or studying abroad, and it is impossible to verify your education, please select the verification type as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or studying abroad, and upload the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic degree certificate or foreign academic degree certificate according to step (3). 5. During the online application in Hubei Province, the applicant can log in and register with his/her account on "China Teacher Qualification Network".
Applicants should carefully read the precautions when applying online and fill in the applicant information accurately and truly. The photos uploaded in the system should be recent bareheaded front 1 inch color photos with white background. The file format is JPEG/JPG, and the size is no more than 200 K. After the photos are uploaded, the applicant needs to preview the uploading effect.

6. Examination certificate or "Teacher's Professional Ability Certificate of Normal University Students". Electronic information comparison does not require submission.
7. 8. Apply for identification at the place where the household registration is located, and submit the original household registration book or collective household registration certificate; To apply for recognition in the place of residence, the original valid residence permit shall be submitted; To apply for accreditation at the school location, submit the original student ID card or academic certificate with complete registration information (limited to fresh graduates and full-time graduate students of 202 1 full-time colleges and universities in Hubei Province).
