Three richest people in Huanghu
Yuyao, Zhejiang, the word Jin Yong. I was an apprentice in Shanghai in my early years. 1900 patrol house in Shanghai French Concession. After colluding with imperialism and officials.

Current politicians have developed feudal gang forces and become the biggest leader in green gang, with more than 1000 disciples, manipulating opium trafficking, gambling and other criminal activities. 1927, organized the parliament of China, participated in the "April 12th" counter-revolutionary coup, and massacred * * * producers and revolutionary masses. In the same year, he resigned as the inspector general of the French Concession Inspection Department. 1928 was appointed by Chiang Kai-shek as a major general of the National Government and the Executive Yuan. War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression lived in Shanghai and refused to take a fake post. After War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's victory, he resumed gang activities, but his power declined and his position was replaced by Du. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), he confessed his crimes to the people's government and died in 1953. Yellow is a unique product of colonial and semi-colonial old Shanghai beach. Those hooligans who are born in poverty but have no knowledge and skills use the power of the gang to snare their disciples and become local tyrants. These people are pervasive, and their power adds up to 360 lines in old Shanghai, which is well known to Shanghai all the way. For these people, people gave them a nickname, called "rogue tycoon"! Among the richest people in old Shanghai, the number one richest person ranked first should be yellow.

After the second expansion of 1900 French concession, the area of concession has more than doubled by building cross-border roads. In order to strengthen the law and order in the concession, French Consul General Bai Zaotuo and Director of the Public Security Bureau Dombey decided to recruit 120 China people to patrol. At this time, Huang, who had worked as a paperhanger and then worked as a fast catcher in the yamen of Shanghai County for a while, heard that he could make a splash in the police office and had a bright future. He didn't want to be lonely, so he decided to take a chance. This year, he was only 22 years old.

Early that morning, Huang rushed to the first eight halls of the Old Town God Temple to burn incense, kowtow and pray for God's blessing. Then, he went to the French concession general inspection room on the way to his residence to register for the exam. Maybe his strong body took advantage of him and he was hired. After entering the patrol room, Huang followed the French patrol's ass, collecting "land donation" and "house donation" from house to house, and even went to the construction area where the road was built across the border to book the house number of the concession for the new house. In these works, he showed great efforts and also participated in the activities of suppressing farmers, grave owners and small landlords who were unwilling to move. As a result, the police chief took a fancy to it and was arrested from China and promoted to plainclothes, which is flattering.

After the promotion, he was sent to the sixteenth shop by Huang. At this time, wearing casual clothes, he spent his days in the teahouse, drinking tea and bragging, collecting information from it and making eye contact, which is also a kind of work. Although the yellow people are five big and three thick, their brains are quite active. He used the tactics of "black eating black" and "one yard, one gram, one yard" to snare a number of "three light codes", that is, those habitual thieves and cheaters, provided him with all kinds of information and cracked some cases. In addition, he created an illusion to improve his prestige by calling a thief to catch a thief. One day, the gold-lettered signboard of a pickle shop opposite the French patrol room suddenly disappeared. The boss is in a state of anxiety. At this time, someone told the boss that Huang was "lucky" to solve the case. When the boss walked into the patrol room, he directly named Huang to solve the case. Who knows, before Huang ran out of the police room, a group of little beggars sent the signboard back with gongs and drums. From this, Huang became famous in one fell swoop. In fact, all this is a farce planned and directed by Huang behind the scenes.

Soon, Huang was promoted to the foreman of the criminal unit and the robber class. However, Huang did solve several major cases during his tenure. Once, Verdi, the clerk of the French Consul General, took his wife to Taihu Lake. I didn't expect to be kidnapped by bandits there. The French Concession heard the news and sent Huang to the rescue. Huang found his admirers, Tai Si and May, the bandit leaders of Taihu Lake, and easily bailed out the pair of "French meat stamps". On another occasion, Yang, the aide of Fujian Governor Zhou Yinren, brought six boxes of antiques, calligraphy and painting to Shanghai. I didn't expect it to be stolen just after I left the dock. To this end, the Songhu Guards invited Huang to assist in the investigation. As a result, it took less than half a day for Huang to take back all the original things. In Huang's career, the proudest thing is to solve a case in which a French Catholic priest was kidnapped. To this end, the French ambassador to plenipotentiary Huang awarded a first-class gold star medal. The French patrol office promoted him to be the only inspector general of China expedition, and sent eight Annan scouts as his bodyguards. From then on, Huang became more domineering and daring, and became a local tyrant. 1949 On the occasion of the liberation of Shanghai, Huang, the famous leader of green gang and the leader of the three hooligans, did not flee to Taiwan Province or go to Hong Kong, but unexpectedly stayed in Shanghai. He lives in an old house in the military training camp on Longmen Road and leads a simple life. Go to the teahouse in the morning and go to the bathhouse in the evening, which is what Su Beiren said: "Pack water in the morning and pack water at night". Sometimes, he goes to the gate of his old industrial world to sweep the road and accept labor reform. So he lived in obscurity for three years and died.

When Shanghai was liberated, Huang was 82 years old and sickly. He claimed to be a cripple. Knowing that his future was numbered, he made up his mind not to go and stay in Shanghai. He was worried that if he really went to Taiwan Province Province or Hongkong, he might die halfway. He would rather die in Shanghai than at sea. This is one of the main reasons why he stayed in Shanghai. What's more, it was difficult for seawater to touch water before. In his life, he always changed with constancy, even saved the day. When I called on August 13, tycoons scrambled to escape to the rear. Let's not talk about the rest. Du Xian, one of the Big Three, flew to Hong Kong and then to Chongqing, which was regarded as the war of resistance in the home front. Zhang Xiaolin fell into the water, became a traitor and was shot. Only Ma Pi Jin Rong stays in Shanghai. What can the Japanese and Wang Jingwei do to him? Needless to say, the Kuomintang made a comeback. Although he was not as popular as Du Yuesheng, he was never beheaded by Jiang Jingguo Du Like. 1947 When he celebrated his eightieth birthday, Chiang Kai-shek specially came to Huangjia Garden to celebrate his birthday and respectfully kowtowed to him. This time, the * * * production party won the world, and he also had the courage to follow suit, saying to people: Leave it to fate, anyway, there is only one desperate, no matter what the * * * production party does to me. At my age, the producers' party of * * * must speak a little humanitarianism ... Du wrote from Hong Kong to invite him to meet there, and his business plan with * * * was like eating the weight, and he was determined not to move.

In fact, Huang is confident, and it is estimated that the producer of * * * will not embarrass him. Yang hu, an old friend of Huang, once served as the garrison commander of Shanghai and Shanghai, and established contact with the underground party in China on the eve of liberation. According to the instructions of the underground party, in order to stabilize the gang leader, we should actively do Huang's work and strive for Huang to stay in Shanghai to make amends. This will play a great role in stabilizing the social order in Shanghai in the early days of liberation and deterring the remnants of the Gang of Four. Yang hu said to him: * * The leaders of the production party know about you. As long as you don't do bad things, you can let bygones be bygones and not arrest you. And gave a note written by the leader to Huang, asking him to give it to the person in charge in Shanghai after liberation. Huang's confidant Gong and grandson saw this note with their own eyes.

Mrs. Zhang also brought a message from the * * * Producer Party: As long as we support the * * * Producer Party after liberation and stop being enemies with the people, we will certainly be able to act according to the policy of letting bygones be bygones. I hope you stay in Shanghai and don't make a move. Huang weighed the pros and cons and felt that staying in Shanghai was the best policy.

195 1 year, Huang swept the road at the gate of the great world and accepted labor reform.

After the counter-revolutionary movement started at the end of 1950, Huang felt very scared and even more worried. With the deepening of the movement, this fear is getting deeper and deeper, and I can't let it go, but I can't help it. Soon, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government appointed Sheng Pihua, Mei Dajun and Fang Xing as representatives, summoned Huang, and announced to him that the original policy would remain unchanged, but hoped that he could write a repentance book and publish it publicly, further explain to the people and bow his head to plead guilty.

According to Fang Lao's memory, Sheng Pihua was then the deputy mayor of Shanghai Municipal People's Government, Mei Dajun was the deputy secretary-general of CPPCC, and he was the deputy procurator-general of the People's Procuratorate. I remember him in a conference room in CPPCC. At that time, CPPCC was still working in the Peace Hotel. Sheng Pihua was familiar with Huang before liberation, which was basically a matter of Huang. It was easier to stabilize Huang's mood, and he would not be too scared or even speechless.

195 1 One day in early May, Huang was called to come, accompanied by his favorite pupil, Zhoushan President and grandson Huang Qingyu. Sheng Pihua first said that at the NPC meeting, some representatives complained and asked the government to deal with you. You committed many crimes in your life, but you didn't do any evil in the years before liberation. After liberation, he can still keep his position, and he is 86 years old (sic, it should be 84 years old-author's note). You can confess your crimes to the people first, and then deal with them.

Fang Xing went on to say: The people's complaint is correct. Just because the people's government didn't deal with you doesn't mean you are innocent. You should take the initiative to explain to the people. You can publish repentance books in newspapers and periodicals, the content of which is to admit your sins, support government decrees, and persuade arrested partisans to be sincere and frank and make meritorious deeds; Those who have not been arrested should make contributions to the government and turn over a new leaf in order to win the leniency of the people.

Hearing this, Huang played the same old tune and admitted his guilt. He is willing to sincerely plead guilty to the people and seek leniency from the government. He stressed: I will never instigate or cover up partisans to do bad things. If I incite or harbor partisans, I will be severely punished by the government.

After Huang came back, he asked his secretary Gong to write a letter of repentance. When I was a child, I only studied in a private school for a few years, then I worked as an apprentice in a painting shop, and later I was admitted to a police station to do things. He is an old hand at killing and stealing, but he seldom steals pens. According to Huang's dictation, Gong wrote it and discussed it twice. After reading it, Huang himself signed his name trembling at the end.

This handwritten repentance book, written on rice paper, has been well preserved so far and is now in the Shanghai Archives. However, the original name of the book of repentance was self-report, and it was renamed Huang Zibai when it was published in Wen Wei Po and News on May 20th.

After the confession was written, Huang personally sent it to the Armed Forces Committee of the Bund Central Bank Building, where Su Yu, director of the Armed Forces Committee, and Sheng Pihua, deputy mayor, were lectured. Huang's colleague recalled that after they came out from downstairs, Chen suddenly found that he had left something upstairs. He asked Huang to wait at the door and hurried upstairs to get it himself. When Chen went downstairs again, Huang had disappeared and could not be found anywhere. It turned out that Huang was afraid of changes and wanted to go back alone.

In the repentance book, Huang briefly described his life experience, elaborated his historical crimes, and claimed to surrender himself, make meritorious deeds, and turn over a new leaf. Finally, he said: I dare to swear to the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and the people of Shanghai. Because I am old (84 years old this year), I can't remember many things clearly, and I may use the wrong words, but my remorse, shame and gratitude are sincere! Not hypocrisy!

However, after checking the original, there are two copies of Huang's repentance, both of which have their signatures, and one is basically consistent with the public publisher; The other one is quite different, with many hidden evils and beautification, but it is also of reference value to understand some historical experiences of Huang, so let's briefly introduce it.

Huang claimed to be a supporter of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's revolutionary cause in this unpublished repentance book. He said: I protected Dr. Sun Yat-sen during the Shanghai Revolution. When he went to Beijing, I escorted him on the bus. Before leaving, Dr. Sun Yat-sen told me that the revolutionary comrades in Shanghai wanted me to protect them, so I later met many revolutionaries, such as Hu and Wang Jingwei, when the revolutionary army was fighting for the manufacturing bureau. He calls himself a philanthropist. When the Japanese called Shanghai on August 13, there were many refugees and rice panic. Yu Qiaqing organized a batch of foreign rice, and I stepped in to help raise money. When the island fell, he didn't fall into the water to be a traitor, saying, the Japanese often come to consult me and ask me to come out to work. I always said I was too old to do anything and turned them down. In short, try to draw yourself, but there is nothing wrong with it.

However, Huang blamed others everywhere and shirked his historical responsibility, saying: After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, I didn't do anything, but I heard that my protege was still showing off in my name, and he couldn't do anything well because he was old. But this kind of thing is because I used to be too generous and accepted many students. It's really wrong to think about this bad situation now.

After the confession was published in the newspaper, Du, who is far away from Hong Kong, was extremely sensitive. He didn't know what the old brotherhood said, so he told Wan to get the local newspaper quickly. He wants to have a closer look.

At this time, Du Du's health was already very bad. He was half lying in bed, holding a newspaper. He saw the universal red pen tick a topic: Huang Confession. He just wanted to read on, but he felt a little angry in his chest and turned pale at once. Wan immediately took the newspaper and read it again.

Du Yuesheng closed his eyes and listened carefully, but said nothing. After a while, he opened his eyes and said, read it again.

Wan sat by the bed and read it again from the beginning. Du was very nervous when he read 1927 and 4 12. He stopped several times and told Wan to read slowly. Du breathed a sigh of relief and said, I know, I know.

It turned out that this confession written by Huang mentioned the thrilling historical event on April 12, and named Chiang Kai-shek, Liu and others to suppress the workers' movement, but did not mention the most beautiful city at that time-Du.

Du knows that this is by no means Huang's deliberate concealment of the facts. He will do anything for him, and he is wily enough to betray his brother! There is no doubt that there must be something else in it. The biggest possibility is that China is sending a message to let bygones be bygones and welcome him back to the mainland to participate in socialist construction. Du to what kind of person, naturally know fairly well, so I see, I see! Monologue

Since then, some changes have taken place in Du Fu's thoughts. At least, he repeatedly rejected Chiang Kai-shek's idea of inviting him to Taiwan Province, but he always sprouted back to the mainland. Even if Huang dies, he will die in Shanghai and his hometown, and the leaves will return to his roots.

Huang's confession actually played such a role in Du. I'm afraid Huang himself didn't think of this. I'm afraid so. After Huang submitted his first confession, it was not approved. It was revised several times, until the Military Committee nodded, and he copied it again, which was the one published in the newspaper.

At that time, Pan Hannian and others were in full swing for Du's United front work, and Huang's confession was undoubtedly an important link.

But in Shanghai, Huang's life is very difficult, at least he feels that his life is gradually withering.

After the confession was published in the newspaper, the general public not only disagreed, but became more angry. Huang was frightened, shut up indoors, and was on tenterhooks all day, so he had to sit at home with the idea that a dead mouse could not touch the cold, ready to do nothing. Physical condition is getting worse and worse. Sitting in a plush chair, my bloated body can hardly stand up and can't move when standing up. In addition, after his daughter-in-law, Li Zhiqing, fled to Hongkong with money, the expenses at home became a problem. In addition to being frightened, he was short of breath, which was a heavy blow to his already fragile physical and mental defense. After nearly two years' delay, he finally got sick and never got up again.

1On the morning of June 20th, 953, Huang was in a state of dying. A nurse from Yongchuan Hospital nearby came to give him a shot in the arm, but it didn't work. He stopped breathing that morning at the age of 86.

According to the report of the local public security bureau after Huang's death, Cha Huang was 86 years old, a famous gangster in Shanghai and had many disciples. The world in this area, the * * * stage and the Jin Rong Grand Theatre are all his property. On the 20th, when he died, Hang Shijun, the manager of Big World, immediately reported the case to Yunnan South Road Police Station and applied to change the name of the person in charge of Big World. Later, Huang's proud disciple Chen Fukang arranged the funeral. There are, Chen, Chen (manager of the Grand Theatre), Shen, Yan Xinglin, Mao, Gu Dechang, Qian Fulin, Lv Zhengchong, Zhu Wenwei, Chen Yiting, Wang Shichang, Zhuang Haining, Hang Shijun, Chen Rongbing, etc. 17 people. He didn't see anything when he came to the funeral. On the 22nd, the body was moved to Liyuan funeral home for burial. That night, at the residence of Huang, No.1 in Junpeili, nine tables of banquets were arranged. During the mourning period, there was no movement except the arrival of the above-mentioned proud disciple 17.

On the day of Huang's death, someone wrote the word Huang San in five big characters on the blackboard at the back door of Fuxing Park, which is intriguing.
