1. After entering the transfer hall, present relevant materials, and get the second-hand motor vehicle sales contract to fill in. This contract is made in triplicate, one for the seller, one for the buyer and one for the industrial and commercial department;

2. Drive the car to the car inspection office to inspect the car, postpone, remove the license plate, take photos, fill in the car inspection record form, and then park the car in the parking lot and go to the transfer hall to go through the formalities;

3. Line up at the toll window of the transfer hall and pay the "transfer fee";

4. Go to the "Transfer Acceptance" window to handle relevant procedures. Before handling, you need to fill in the Registration Form for Motor Vehicle Registration, Transfer and Cancellation/Transfer Application Form;

5. After completing the "transfer acceptance" and getting the receipt, you need to pay the "license fee" in the next window. Then you can re-select the number and get a new license plate, driving license and registration certificate, so that the transfer is completed.
