Legal analysis: the labor contract is not as effective as the signature of the legal representative. As long as the laborer and the employer reach an agreement through consultation, the labor contract stamped or signed in the contract text has the same effect. Legal basis: Article 16 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law shall come into effect after the employer and the employee reach an agreement through consultation, and the text of the labor contract shall be signed or sealed by both the employer and the employee. The text of the labor contract is held by the employer and the employee respectively.
