The elevator was added to the old building, and the top floor owner did not sign it. He objected to the elevator fee and refused to pay it. Can he ask the elevator to be dismantled?
The Property Law stipulates that more than two-thirds of the owners of a residential area or a single building agree to install elevators, and the other one-third of the objections are invalid. This fully embodies the principles of democracy, centralism and the will of the majority. For the elevator that most people agree to install, one-third of them disagree, and of course they can't dismantle it. You don't have to use it. You have no right to dismantle it.
