WIN7 has a file that often leads to blue screen, because that file was modified when patching the system. You use the blue screen analysis software (WinDbg), select File-Open Crash Dump to analyze files with suffixes. Bmp, see if there is the word ntkrnlpa.exe in the last few lines. If there is, it is caused by this file. Find a WIN7 registry file on the Internet (one-click to get ownership), double-click to register, then go to C:\Windows\System32\ to find the ntkrnlpa.exe file, and right-click to get ownership. Turn on the computer, type ntkrnlpa.exe in the blank address bar in the upper right corner, and you will find 4-6 such files. Find the file with the earliest modification date, copy and paste it into the blank space of C:\Windows\System32\, and select Copy and Replace. That's it.
If it is not the above problem, you can try the following methods:
It is suggested to try from the following aspects:
1. The memory is pulled out and inserted into another slot, and the wiring of the motherboard hard disk and optical drive is also switched to another slot. Manually cleaning CMOS means taking out the electrons on the motherboard for 3-5 seconds before installing them.
Kill the virus completely
3. Reinstall the system (replace various versions. Such as XP, WIN7)
4. If the screen is still blue, it is recommended to replace the memory, graphics card (the only display) and friends one by one. After replacing which one is not blue, it can be determined that it is a hardware problem and can be replaced.
5. If you try to return to the blue screen step by step as above, will it be displayed by solo? Are there two graphics card slots on the motherboard? If it is all true, changing the slot of the graphics card should solve the blue screen as long as it is not a hardware problem. It should be noted that the performance of the second graphics card slot is generally lower than that of the first one, and the heat dissipation effect is also poor. So the problem is solved, it's better to plug the first one back and see if there is a blue screen. If you don't have a blue screen, it's best. If you do, you have to use a second one.
