Article 2: House price and payment Method

Article 3: House Delivery

Article 4: Liability for breach of contract
4.1 If either party fails to pay the amount within the agreed time, it shall bear liability for breach of contract in accordance with relevant national regulations.
4.2 If Party A fails to obtain a mortgage loan and is unable to purchase a house due to various reasons, the deposit paid by Party A will be regarded as liquidated damages. Party B has the right to occupy the deposit, and Party A has no right to request its return.
4.3 If Party B fails to deliver the house on time, Party A has the right to require Party B to speed up the delivery process or terminate the contract, and Party B will bear liability for breach of contract.
Article 5: Others
5.1 This agreement will take effect from the date of signature and seal by both parties, and will end on the date when Party B receives the down payment or Party B pays Party A for the purchase of the house.
5.2 Matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with the "Commercial Housing Sales Contract" and relevant national laws and regulations.
