First, focus on the key points!!! Selecting the medical institution practice license (verification) channel is only used to submit institutional verification. When applying, do not modify the information of the medical institution license without authorization: such as name, address, legal representative, main person in charge, diagnosis and treatment subjects, beds (dental chairs), remarks, etc. If you need to change the information on the medical institution license, please first select the medical institution practice license (change) module on the Zhejiang Government Service Network, complete the corresponding changes, and then conduct the medical institution verification.

Medical institution verification operation process 1. Use a legal person account to log in to the Zhejiang Government Service Network. 2. Select "Shangcheng District" for the administrative division, enter "Medical Institution Practice (Domestic Investment) License (Verification)" in the search bar, find the matter, and click "Online Processing". 3. Enter the verification application page, read the user instructions, and select the processing status.
