Work tickets should be filled in and signed with a pen or ballpoint pen in duplicate. The content should be correct and clear, and no alteration should be allowed. Computer-generated or printed work tickets should use a uniform ticket format. It must be verified by the issuer of the work ticket and must be signed manually or electronically before execution. One copy of the work ticket should be kept at the work place and collected by the person in charge of the work; the other copy should be collected by the work permit holder and handed over according to the value. The work permit holder shall record the work ticket number, work tasks, permit and end time in the register. In a work ticket, the issuer of the work ticket, the person in charge of the work and the work permit holder shall not serve as concurrently for each other. The work ticket is issued by the equipment operation and management unit, or by the repair, testing and infrastructure unit that has been reviewed and approved by the equipment operation and management unit. The list of work ticket issuers and work leaders of the repair, testing and infrastructure units should be submitted to the relevant equipment operation management unit for filing in advance. The first type of work ticket can be used as a general work ticket and divided work tickets when the work ticket issuer deems it necessary, and they can be issued at the same time. The filling and licensing of general work tickets and sub-work tickets and other relevant regulations shall be implemented after approval by the leader in charge of production (chief engineer) of the unit.
The issuer of the work ticket for live work should be familiar with the quality and ability of the work leader and work team members, familiar with the equipment status, and familiar with the "State Grid Corporation of China Electric Power Safety Work Procedures (Line Part)" and GB/T18857- The person in charge of relevant regulations or technologies such as the 2008 "Technical Guidelines for Live Work on Distribution Lines". The list of work ticket issuers should be approved by the company's leader in charge of production (chief engineer) and issued in writing.
