I. Space
At present, there is an imported X 14 at home. Previously, it was only used by my wife and me. I drove and she took the co-pilot, so the utilization rate in the back row was very low. However, since the baby was born last year, I occasionally take the baby out. If other family members and the baby sit in the back row, they have to adjust the front seat, otherwise their legs will not fit in at all. This made me very uncomfortable during the whole driving process. Therefore, space has become my first concern.
The moment I got ES6, the most intuitive feeling was big. I am used to setting my seat as far back as possible when driving. I usually drive X 1 I even turn my seat to the limit. But on the ES6, when I am debugging my most comfortable driving posture, there is still a distance of about 20cm between my head and the ceiling, and there is also a distance of about 10cm between my legs sitting in the back row and the front seat. There are plenty of storage spaces such as armrest boxes and door lockers, especially in the central armrest box, which is about the height of an arm, which is very exaggerated. There is also a large hollowed-out area under the center console, which is suitable for putting some large items such as handbags for easy access.
There is enough space in the trunk. During the test drive, I tried to put the baby's trolley, which was more than enough space to meet the daily needs of taking the children out. In addition, the rear seats can be laid down, and the laid-down space can be used by two people, and can also be used as a temporary rest space when going out to play.

Second, comfort.
The front seats are comfortable as a whole, and there are functions of seat ventilation and massage, which can be opened for long-distance driving to relieve fatigue appropriately. The co-pilot has a queen's seat, pedals under his feet and legs resting on his calves. The seat can be tilted 160 degrees. This design, on the one hand, improves the comfort of the co-driver, on the other hand, it can realize the warm interaction with the baby in the back row. The rear seats are shorter than the front seats, but they are comfortable enough in a normal sitting position. Of course, the posture similar to "Beijing paralysis" is still somewhat unsatisfactory.
Third, the driving experience
These feelings, such as high speed, low wind noise and smoothness, have been mentioned by several test drive friends before, so I won't go into details, but I want to mention in particular the pulling feeling brought by the recovery of kinetic energy after the ES6 loosens the throttle.
In the energy-saving mode, as soon as I step on the gas pedal, the speed will drop instantly, and I feel a strong sense of pulling, and then the speed will increase rapidly as soon as I step on the gas pedal, which is very uncomfortable for me who is used to driving a gas car. One thing is good. This design greatly reduces the number of times you step on the brakes and makes your right foot relatively relaxed. Even so, the feeling of frequent "sudden braking" during the whole driving process is still not very comfortable for me.
Of course, when I switch to sports mode, this pulling feeling will disappear. I not only found the familiar feeling when driving an oil car, but also made my "pleasure" worse because of the rapid acceleration of the motor. Therefore, I suggest that if friends who haven't driven a petrol car before consider buying an ES6, they can start with the sports mode, and then switch to the comfort mode or energy-saving mode after getting familiar with the running characteristics of trams.
Fourth, auxiliary functions.
Weilai ES6 is very intelligent, and can remotely complete various functions such as air conditioning, window opening and car unlocking. After getting on the bus, the functions of air conditioning, multimedia, driving mode, car self-inspection and so on can basically be operated on the middle electronic screen, and of course, NOMI can be awakened to help you complete it.
The virtual scene display on the dashboard can identify the surrounding carts, cars and motorcycles. The overall recognition success rate is high, but there are also mistakes. During the test drive, when waiting for the red light, a three-wheeled motorcycle was inserted in front of the right side, but the model of the cart was displayed on the instrument. The parking image can not only see the surrounding situation, but also give the relative distance very accurately, so that we can clearly understand the blind area.
Here, I want to focus on my feelings about NP: I prefer driving and think driving is fun, so I don't usually use the auxiliary function of cruise control, including at high speed.
But this time I deliberately used Weilai's NP function, which gave me the overall feeling that it was only an auxiliary function after all. Under the condition of normal driving and good road conditions, there is no problem at all, which is really very worry-free and convenient. But if it is in complex road conditions, you still need to pay attention.
For example, when vehicles in other lanes encounter an emergency, ES6 will immediately slow down. At this time, if the driver of the rear car is not focused, it is likely to cause the rear car to rear-end. In addition, when using automatic lane change, ES6 will actively change lanes even if there is a vehicle approaching quickly at a distance behind, which may also lead to emergency braking or even rear-end collision of the rear vehicle.
Therefore, for the assisted driving function, personally, safety is the first. Try not to use it in complex road conditions, and always pay attention to it even if the road conditions are good.

Weilai's service guarantee is the place where its brand shines, including the car owner's life-long free power exchange service, and I also took this opportunity to experience a free power exchange.
I go to Baolong Building to change the power station. Before going, you can see the number of replaceable batteries on Weilai APP. I don't need an appointment to change the power supply. I sit in the second position in the back row. It only took about 15 minutes to queue up for continuous power change, and the power change was successful less than 5 minutes after the car entered the power change station. I have to say that soon, the staff at the power station had a good attitude and the overall experience was very good.
If you don't have time to charge and change the electricity, Weilai can also make an appointment for one-button power-on service, and someone will come to help you charge and then return it to you. In addition, there are some services, such as driving, airport parking and so on. Of course, these additional rights require the purchase of related service packages.

About performance version and sports version: the main differences are motor, acceleration and suspension. Personally, I don't think it's so important to accelerate 5.6s at zero speed. It's all about pushing back and not pursuing the ultimate speed. On the one hand, suspension helps to improve speed, on the other hand, it is a buffer for bumpy roads. Personally, I will pay more attention to the comfort during driving, so I will choose the performance version because of this, which has nothing to do with acceleration.
Battery pack: According to relevant evaluation data, the actual cruising range of 70Kw·h and 84Kw·h battery packs can reach about 100km. Personally, if you have a charging pile at home, you don't need to travel long distances often, and 70Kw H battery pack is enough. If there is no charging condition at home, there will be long-distance travel occasionally. It is recommended to choose a battery pack with higher capacity.
NOMI? Mate: Weilai's iconic configuration is 5000 yuan. It depends on personal preference. If you have a small partner at home, it is still worth matching, but if you don't choose, there will be human-computer interaction.
Advanced surround sound system: because it is not compared with the standard, it is impossible to compare the effect. Personally, if users are looking for a sound atmosphere, they can choose to install it. It is unnecessary to listen to the radio only occasionally.
Comfort bag: including four seasons comfort bag, intelligent fragrance system, threshold pedal welcome light. The steering wheel and rear seats can be heated and the front seats can be ventilated. These functions are very necessary for areas with four distinct seasons, which can solve the problem of over-cooling or over-heating in the car. Smart incense and threshold pedal welcome light are decorative functions, and I have no feeling about them, but unfortunately I can't choose them separately.
NIO? Pilot: It's a more expensive optional package. Users who have a tight budget or have concerns about the automatic assisted driving function can not consider the choice first, and can install it later if necessary. If you are usually tired of traffic jams, users who take the loop or have a lot of high speed, it is recommended to choose it and have a rest when driving fatigue.
Personalized signature package: depending on personal preference, I personally don't think it is necessary anyway.
Queen's co-pilot: If the co-pilot utilization rate is high, it is strongly recommended to choose. It's a good deal to buy a long-term first-class car for 8500 yuan. In addition, it is more convenient to take care of the baby in the back row by opening the parent-child mode.
Napa interior bag: Napa leather surface texture will be more detailed, which will make the interior look more luxurious, but it will be very troublesome to maintain, and it will be very painful to scratch the leather accidentally! Superfiber velvet ceiling, you don't often look at and touch the ceiling when you ride, and you don't need to equip it. There is also a seat massage, which is convenient for relaxing in leisure. Therefore, if you pursue luxury, it is recommended to match; If the budget is tight and the requirements for interior decoration are not high, you can not choose.
The three-day test drive gave me a deeper understanding of Weilai and greatly improved my goodwill towards Weilai. Weilai ES6 can fully meet my household needs. If I have the idea of changing cars in the future, I may be entangled between ES8 and ES6, but Weilai is my first choice.
