Whether the SEVIS fee receipt is available has nothing to do with the visa. As long as the fee is paid successfully, you can get a visa.
4. Visa application fee.
This fee is required for F 1 visa. Pay at CITIC Bank. You need to bring a receipt (two copies) when applying for a visa. When paying the visa application fee, remember to bring the original passport and 160 dollars, that is, 1008 yuan.
5. Fill in the forms DS- 156, DS- 157, DS- 158 or DS- 160.
