The Notice of Illegal Construction requires me to sign and confirm receipt of the Notice of Illegal Construction, and promise to dismantle the illegal construction according to the requirements of the notice. If I refuse to sign, the urban management department can post an announcement in the obvious place of the illegal building, or inform the illegal builder of the demolition notice by posting an announcement.
