3. Clean up the green belt. Clean up and replant garbage, dead trees, dry branches and dangerous trees and branches that endanger power supply, communication lines and pedestrian safety in the green belt.

4. Clean up messy posts and hangings. Clean up all kinds of advertisements and signs that are graffitied, hung indiscriminately, dilapidated and defaced inside and outside various buildings, on parking signs and telephone poles.

4. Work requirements

1. Strengthen organizational leadership. Each village and community must identify the leaders and other work team members who are specifically responsible for this big action.
