Basic requirements

2.1 "Project Suspension Order" is an instruction to require the project to suspend construction in whole or in part.

2.2 the chief supervision engineer shall determine the location and scope of suspension of construction according to the reasons for suspension.

2.3 when the project is suspended due to the reasons of the construction unit or other reasons other than the construction unit, the project supervision institution shall truthfully record the actual situation. The chief supervision engineer shall, when the reasons for the suspension of construction disappear and the conditions for resumption of work are met, sign the project resumption application form in time and instruct the construction unit to continue the construction.

2.4 if the project is suspended due to the reasons of the construction unit, the project supervision institution shall review the application for resumption of work and related materials submitted by the construction unit when the conditions for resumption of construction are met, and the chief supervision engineer shall sign the application form for resumption of work after approval, instructing the construction unit to continue the construction.

2.5 the chief supervision engineer shall, in conjunction with the relevant parties, deal with the problems related to the construction period/cost caused by the suspension of the project in the time between the issuance of the suspension order and the issuance of the application form for the resumption of work.

2.6 the consent of the construction unit shall be obtained before the project suspension order is issued.

2.7 the engineering suspension order was issued within 24 hours of the incident.

2.8 the project suspension order shall be issued by the chief supervision engineer, and stamped with the seal of the project supervision institution and the practicing seal of the chief supervision engineer.

2.9 the date stated in the engineering suspension order shall be taken as the start date of engineering suspension.

2.1 this form is in quadruplicate, one for the construction unit, supervision unit, project supervision organization and construction unit. An important "engineering suspension order" was submitted to the engineering quality supervision institution.

3 Requirements for Filling in

3.1 The Project Suspension Order shall indicate the reasons for suspension of the project, the shutdown parts (processes), the shutdown scope and the rectification requirements.

3.2 fill in the project name should be consistent with the project name on the construction permit of the construction project.

3.3 fill in the name of the construction unit should be the full name of the signing unit of the construction contract of the construction project.

3.4 if necessary, the image data of the shutdown site or event shall be attached.

3.5 the signature shall be true and clear, and shall not be altered or countersigned.
