According to the handwriting of famous calligraphers of past dynasties, I have sorted out five common calligraphy styles, which are introduced and demonstrated as follows:

2. Secondly, it is greatly simplified on the basis of regular script, which improves the writing speed and makes the strokes more concise. Mi Fei, Su Shi and others generally used this writing method in Song Dynasty.
3. Third, the "grass character" is simplified as a combination of a horizontal hook, which is commonly used in Wen Zhiming and simple and generous:
4, the fourth: highlight the curve beauty of lines, cursive writing is arrogant, Zhang Xu in the Tang Dynasty used this writing:
