Wu Qingfeng was born in Taipei City Maternity and Children's Hospital (Taipei Municipal United Hospital Maternity and Children's Campus) and grew up in the Jiangzi Cui area of ??Banqiao. In 1988, he attended Wensheng Elementary School in Taipei County.
