"Su Kang code" is a personal electronic health certificate which is dynamically generated based on the health declaration data declared by all the people who came to and returned from Jiangsu and those who worked, studied, lived, traveled or stayed temporarily in Jiangsu. After the declaration, it can be displayed and used, and people are classified and managed according to different risk levels of red, yellow and green (corresponding to high, medium and low respectively).

The "Su Kang code" is generated with a time stamp, and residents can fill in their health status daily as required. For residents who do not have the conditions for electronic declaration, the validity period of the paper health card is 14 days after being stamped.

the third type is the area without local "health code", which can directly adopt the "epidemic prevention information code" of the national integrated government service platform, and at the same time combine the local epidemic prevention health-related information to realize cross-regional mutual recognition.
