How to make fonts into seal effect in PS
1. Open PS software and press CTRL+N to create a new canvas. The canvas doesn't need to be too big, because it's just a seal.

2. Create a new layer 1, and then select [Ellipse Tool] to delete the padding. The edge color is red, and the thickness is 5 points, which can be determined according to individual needs. Then hold down the shift key and draw a perfect circle.

3. Select the text tool, and then move the mouse over the circle. When an ant line appears from right to left in the text input mark, it means that the text can be input around a circle. At this point, just click the mouse and enter the text.

4. Create a new layer, select the Polygon tool, fill it with red, and click the mouse to draw a five-pointed star. CTRL+T resizes the tool and moves it to the appropriate location.

5. Create a new layer, add decorative text, resize it, and then move it to the appropriate location.

6. Right-click Rasterized Text on the text layer, and then press CTRL+E to merge the text layer and the shape layer (except the background). For the sake of explanation, you can change the name of this layer to seal.

7. Hold down the Ctrl key and click the thumbnail of the sealing layer to create the selected area; Then click the channel to create a new channel, and Shift+F5 (Edit Fill) fills the selection with white.

8. Next, filter-pixel-copper engraving (coarse dot type is appropriate). In order to get better results, you can do this operation many times until you are satisfied.

9. Use a more dispersed brush, the foreground color is black, and smear the selected character area to create a more accurate sealing effect.

10. Hold down the Ctrl key and click the thumbnail of the channel alpha 1 to return to the layer. CTRL+J creates a new copy layer, and then hides the seal layer to get the effect, as shown in the figure.
